Good products, BAD (NO) Customer service
First of all let me say that I ordered various items with Samsung which got delivered in a reasonable time frame and without any issues.

The problem is the customer service which is not controlled by Samsung itself but by Webhelp. This company does not care and does not respond back to any method.

On the phone you get put off as they say they will call back, but they never do. via email you only get the standard no-reply email back and that's it.

I was supposed to get free AirBudz 2 with my A53 phone for the promotion but never got them nor were they send. I am now already close to waiting for 3 months for even a reaction, it is such a simple case with evidence provided in my email. Just send me the damn earbudz 2 and the case is finished, but no, they decided to rip me off and ignore me completely.

Overall, great products but the customer service brings the whole company down, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT SAMSUNG!

Dread ful customer service and care.
The customer service and aftercare are dreadful. I had a faulty phone which I returned, I was told I would receive a new one after 5 calls to customer service, all of which were over an hour. I returned the phone and was sent a refund. I contacted again stating j wanted the replacement phone not a refund. J was told to reorder feom the website,where the phone was now £100 more than when I bought mine some 2 weeks before. They offered a £50voucher i declined . I asked to speak to a manager i was kept on hold for almost an hour and then cut off. The customer service is dreadful. It takes ages to get through the automated system, then call gets transferred abroad, and frequently after having got this far,you are cut off. So so poor. Would not recommend

Samsung don't know their own power ratings!
The Samsung Website selling ovens, does not specify whether any oven is 13 amp/16 amp, hard wired or plug supplied fitted, on any oven they sell, yet in the Samsung blurb it states 'make sure you order the correct powered oven etc'.

So I asked the online chat at Samsung to find the answer, they could not find the amp rating info, I was told to ring Samsung customer support, which I begrudgingly did, after nearly 15 minutes, I was told that all Samsung ovens that are hardwired are 13 Amps, which is absolute nonsense, I can't believe Samsung Technical Support needed Ampage and voltage differences explaining to them by me, then they started listing measurements for the single integrated oven to fit in lol (I didn't need that info, it's a standard slot space any person who fits ovens should know that, but after a few more recitals of absolute confusing, irrelevant nonsense, Samsung Technical Support claimed that all their hard wired ovens are 13 amp standard fitting (which is garbage).

If you look on AO at different Samsung models to what I wanted, lots of Samsung ovens depending on their KW rating are 16 amp.

It's just madness and impossible to buy an oven from Samsung with shocking technical support like this, ALL OVENS ARE 13 AMP LOL, what a load of nonsense.

I would give the zero if I could.
Shocking after sales service .
They give you 14 days to exchange your phone if it is faulty but they will try and fob you off and try to get you have it repaired. This will then take you over the 14 days so they won't replace it. It's not worth the paper it's written on.
My phone has never been right since I bought it. Calls are inaudible and often get cut off. I have been passed from pillar to post and no one wants to take responsibility.
I will never buy from Samsung again.

I just received my Samsung device back…
I just received my Samsung device back from the repair center. Unfortunately the touchpad does not work. They were supposed to fix the touchpad and they emailed and said that they had replaced the touchpad with the new touchpad but like I just said, the touchpad does not work. I'm really getting sick and tired of having to send the device and packet and wait and not have my device when I need it. Can you please simply send me a new replacement device that works correctly? I'm still under warranty and I'm very very frustrated. I would also like to file an official Complaint with Samsung. How do I do that?

Buyer Beware
Go with any other company to buy samsung products. Samsung.com is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I promise you do not want to do buiness with them!!!!! You will be saving yourself money, extreme frustration, and hours upon hours, upon hours of your time for nothing to be done.

Pre-sales gave wrong advice, post sales support not capable.…
Before buying a top of the range TV in April, I spoke top resales support who confirmed that it was easy to switch between satellite reception and terrestrial. They confirmed it was OK so I bought the expensive TV. End result - it cannot be done. Twice I called technical support (the second time the support technician clearly did not understand the equipment at all and came up with daft 'solutions'. Both times I was promised a product support specialist would call me back within 48 hours. But I never received any call back at all.

Pretty poor to confirm something before I bought it, and then offer no support afterwards (especially when the pre-sales advice was clearly wrong). Last Samsung product I shall buy.

The Nightmare that Never Ends
We just moved into our new home on June 17th. We ordered our appliances from Samsung because my husband’s company has a partnership with them. Our appliances (washer, dryer, and refrigerator) were scheduled to be delivered on June 20th. We received a call on delivery day and were told it would have to be rescheduled, as the truck transporting our appliances had broke down en route. These things happen, so we rescheduled and made the best out of not having our appliances for another week. On the 27th, we waited all day at home for our appliances to arrive, but as the day got later and later, we started to get worried. Concerned we called customer service only to be informed that the delivery driver arrived at 10:30am, but no one was home. We explained that this was impossible. First, we have three dogs who bark every time someone passes our home, every time someone knocks, or rings the doorbell. Additionally, my husband’s office is at the front of the house, giving him a clear view of anyone arriving. At this point, we were growing frustrated, but customer service said there was nothing they could do, they deliver in our area once a week and with the upcoming 4th of July holiday, the earliest we would receive our appliances was on July 13. That day is today. At 2:30, our appliances arrived, only for the delivery driver to inform us that someone had made a mistake loading the truck and that they had no water hose for the washer. They advised us to go purchase one at Home Depot or Lowes. What choice did we have apart from wait another week for them to bring the proper parts the following week? But then they brought in our refrigerator and I was absolutely gobsmacked to see a massive dent on the doors of our brand new refrigerator. At this point I’m ready to return everything.

Really disappointed with Samsung…
Really disappointed with Samsung aftercare.

Phone screen faulty after 1 year! They fixed it but after just 3 months motherboard malfunctions.

They won’t honour the warrant because there was a little dent on the top corner. It’s a ridiculous excuse. We won’t be using Samsung ever again!

Would give negative stars if I could, customer reps consistently lie
Bought a TV that came with a 10 month Youtube premium subscription complementary. TV was delayed so I got a $100 refund from Samsung. TV arrived with a cracked screen. I started the return process and spoke with a customer service rep online who helped me re-order. They said I couldn't get the promo Youtube subscription anymore. Offered to give a 100$ promo code as alternative (now I have to order more stuff). Due to replacement methods, you have to place a new order on Samsung. So I checked out with the order the rep made for me. Asked about 5 different reps over the phone what my refund would be when the replacement TV came since the price was different. They all said it would include the $100 original refund I got for the late TV. Lo and behold when I finished the replacement process and got the refund, it did NOT include the $100 promised. I called back only to find out that all the reps had lied, and the rep that helped me place the replacement order gave me the wrong order (the one over the phone showed me how to get the Youtube promotion again). And so my final result was paying $100 more for a TV due to Samsung shipping me a broken TV in the first place, and then not getting my Youtube premium.

Every rep that "gives you access to their support ticket" never respond, even though they pretend to be nice over the phone and that you can contact them anytime.

At the end of the day, I as the CUSTOMER am paying for SAMSUNG'S mistake.

ZERO star, awful support
Only giving 1 star as I cannot give zero. Samsung refused to repair a known manufacturing issue on a Z Flip phone due to surface scratches voiding their well written warranty - absolutely avoid this phone, and Samsung support!!
